Facilitation

I have a decade of experience creating and facilitating interactive workshops related to anti-oppressive theories and practice, the impacts of racial stress and trauma, trauma-informed space holding, and organizational change. I am also experienced at organizing and leading retreats for non-profits. I particularly enjoy working with staff and young people at youth-serving organizations and universities.

Recent Workshop Offerings:

Attending to the Whole Child: Social & Emotional Learning in the Trauma-Informed Classroom (Foodcorps National Orientation 2019, 2020, 2021)

Befriending Your Nervous System*: A Polyvagal Theory Workshop (Bryn Mawr College, 2020) *language from The Polyvagal Theory in Therapy by Deb Dana

Future Workshops:

I am in the process of developing a 4-part, POC-only workshop series on Polyvagal Theory, a helpful framework for deepening an understanding of the nervous system and its responses to trauma (both chronic and acute). If you are interested in being notified about this series, please fill out my contact form.
